Beautifully designed by builder, developer, and designer DLPropertygroup this breathtaking home in Toorak, Melbourne was designed with a view to the city, modern and stylish. Designed within a budget this large open style house is designed for entertainment with a winery cellar, a pool, amazing outdoor area, and a great city view. It was designed to keep in mind the busy day worker needs, to sit back and relax.
Entertaining within the home was especially important, and so a premium custom home theatre and multiroom audio-visual zones were installed to provide sound and picture throughout the house.
Within the 12-seater tiered Theatre room we used an Epson projector combined with a fixed 120-inch screen. Sound was driven from a Denon 7.1ch receiver and speakers were a combination of Triad Bronze Inwall, Triad Bronze in Ceiling and two Triad Omni10 subwoofers. With a Control4 EA3 and SR260 remote control to bring together all the equipment and controlled with one remote control.
