This Country winery house at Red Hill South is lovingly named Soveria. This is the name of a beautiful town in the south of Italy, the owner’s hometown. This home was created to showcase how someone does not need a city life and how a large property block can be transformed to create breathtaking views of the vineyard from the main living areas, alfresco and pool. Architecturally designed by Baenzigercoles, this architectural build has pulled out all the stops, from design to smart home technology to product functionality—to create a space that is both family friendly and phenomenal. With a complete Control4 smart home system in the home, this space is as functional as it is beautiful.
The Shed, cellar and a luxury spacious bed and breakfast dwelling for their guests thirty meters away from the main home has also been incorporated into the Control4 system, full control and intercom between the two dwellings.
Full control of all the lights throughout the house, with custom lighting scenes, automated sensor lights, Control4 keypads, touchscreens and app control all driven by the robust and reliable Control4 centralised lighting system.
Impressive indoor/outdoor zoned audio entertaining spaces this house has one surround sound zone utilising a 75-inch Samsung Qled tv, Denon receiver, 3 Amina Edge hidden speakers, Triad Designer Series speakers hidden inside the lighting coves and a Triad Omni10 subwoofer. With a further ten zones of music throughout the home utilising Triad Designer Series speakers, Triad R-Series In- Ceiling speakers and Bose outdoor speakers all driven from Triad multi-channel amp, Triad One amps and Triad Matrix, Party away!
Automated and integrated with Control4 are motorized shades and windows, under floor heating and cooling, ceiling fan control, Pool control, connected security system and Pakedge CCTV cameras, Intercom system with door releases and driveway gate control which is one km away. Fully managed Pakedge custom home Network and indoor / outdoor Wifi system.
Recent Projects
This stunning modern residential three level home with breath taking views was crafted to meet the demands of its owners. Entertaining within the home was especially important to the couple, and so multiple multiroom audio-visual zones were installed to provide sound and picture throughout the house. From one end of the home to the other, the Control4 automation system makes every room user friendly and low maintenance.
Our focus was on a visually minimalist and out of sight look.
Elegant master bedroom with Future Automation motorised ceiling hinge television, Living Room Future Automation motorised arm bracket, four in-wall touchscreens for complete home control, Control4 zone amplifiers and Triad streaming amplifiers, custom Control4 Centralised smart lighting system, and a whole-home premium alarm and CCTV system.

Triad In Ceiling and Triad Flex subwoofers, Outdoor entertainment with Triad outdoor garden array speakers and subwoofer. Party away!
Automated motorized shades, Heating, cooling and Ceiling fan control, connected security system with access throughout the home, access into the home is via Invixium bio metric fingerprint reader, magnetic gate control, electronic lock control and garage door control. Fully managed Pakedge custom home network and Wi-Fi system and we even integrated the garden watering system.

Beautifully designed by builder, developer, and designer DLPropertygroup this breathtaking home in Toorak, Melbourne was designed with a view to the city, modern and stylish. Designed within a budget this large open style house is designed for entertainment with a winery cellar, a pool, amazing outdoor area, and a great city view. It was designed to keep in mind the busy day worker needs, to sit back and relax.
Entertaining within the home was especially important, and so a premium custom home theatre and multiroom audio-visual zones were installed to provide sound and picture throughout the house.
Within the 12-seater tiered Theatre room we used an Epson projector combined with a fixed 120-inch screen. Sound was driven from a Denon 7.1ch receiver and speakers were a combination of Triad Bronze Inwall, Triad Bronze in Ceiling and two Triad Omni10 subwoofers. With a Control4 EA3 and SR260 remote control to bring together all the equipment and controlled with one remote control.
